Programme structure

1st Year (Common Path): International environmental law; Environmental policies and projects; Environmental data analysis; Renewable energy for sustainable development and environmental transition; Risk assessment and Life Cycle Assessment; Management of environmental pollutants; Biomonitoring of environmental systems; Genetic and Microbiological Tools for Environmental Applications; Proximal and remote sensing

 

2nd Year:

Path 1 – Sustainability and resilience of territorial systems: Agricultural management of biogeochemical cycles; Nature-Based Solutions; Soil health & Carbon farming; Ecosystem services evaluation for the agroecological transition; Vegetation, micrometeorology and climate change.

Path 2 – Management of sustainable processes: Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) management and social & environmental accountability; Waste management and environmental remediation; Environmental analytical monitoring; Natural transformations and advanced treatments of organic substances; Minerals for climate actions.
