"Soft Skills" course

The School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, with the collaboration of its Departments, offers to the students of the Degree and Master Degree Programs of the Campus of Agripolis the opportunity to attend the course "Soft Skills in Action" held by the company Niuko - Innovation & Knowledge Srl, training company of Confindustria Padova and Confindustria Vicenza.

The course includes 30 hours of teaching, including 2 seminars with the participation of professionals or representatives of the world of work, carried out through the Experiential Learning method.

This methodology represents an approach to learning that considers experience as a significant factor of development, always followed by a space dedicated to reflection on the experience itself. The experience takes place through the use of metaphor: a tool that breaks the mold and involves the participants in challenging situations, characterized by action, direct participation and emotional involvement.
